Most business coaching starts with a six month contract meeting 1-3 times per month then goes month to month. I limit my business to ten clients at a time. How it Works
01 Are we the right fit?
The first step is to ensure that we are the right fit to work together. It can be as simple as: do our personalities mesh in a way that will be productive and helpful to you and your organization. So we start with a brief, fifteen minute, preliminary call to get to know each other.
02 Next Step
We have a longer meeting which can be virtual (I use Zoom) or in person (at my Sumner, WA office). I have a set of questions I ask that dive deeper into ensuring I understand what your goals and needs are. This is also the opportunity to get answers to additional questions you may have. At the end of our meeting, a course of action is reviewed and we both decide if we would like to move forward. We review pricing, contract deliverables, and start date.
03 Getting Started
Once our agreement is signed, information specifically geared to your business and needs are emailed to you. This may include scheduling and resource links, calendar dates, webinar access, or other items related to your business. Then we get started moving the needle!
